Discover the History Railroading in Appalachia

Appalachian Railroad Preservation Corporation (ARRPC) is an organization pending 501c3 non-profit status whose mission is to preserve the history of railroading throughout the Appalachian region through the acquisition, restoration, and the potential operation of historic rail equipment of our region. It is our intent to preserve and showcase equipment from yesteryear; thereby bringing a new sector to our community’s economy, as well as educational and social opportunities.
